DAUGTHERS IN BRONZE

This bronze sculpture of three sisters was made for the 60th birthday of their father. His love for his daugthers as well as for a good glass of wine, made them decide for this pose. BRONZE PRAM

A gift for a design.

When one sister had her baby in London she asked her artistic elder sister to design the front of the birth announcement card for her. As a thank you present for the design she asked us to make a bronze sculpture of the pram, which was on the card, with her baby boy in it (with a little foot sticking out) and with her sisters children around the pram.

BRONZE CHILDREN ON A SWING

This sculpture was made as a gift for the celebration of a 5 year wedding anniversary. The children were sculpted based on pictures we received. The swing can be hung from the ceiling but also from a branch in a tree (as seen in the photo). The swing seat has a green patina.

BRONZE VOLKSWAGEN BUS

This bronze sculpture of a Volkswagen bus was made as a present from a godmother to her godson Fedde. This family bus is their home and transport when they go on holiday. The bus was also used in the birth announcement when Fedde was born. The name of the godson is written on the numberplate. A screw is attached to the back so it can be hung on the wall. BRONZE BALLET DRESS

BRONZE BRIDE AND GROOM ON A GLOBE

This bronze sculpture was made as wedding gift from the witnesses. We placed two pins with hearts on the globe, one in Portugal and the other in Belgium as the bride and groom come from these countries. The date of the wedding was engraved in the globe.

HALF SPANISH HALF DUTCH

These letters were made as a birth present from the godmother. The father is Spanish and the mother is Dutch, therefor we came up with the idea to give the letters Dutch clogs and Spanish bulls horns. The horns and clogs were polished so they would stand out more.

BRONZE HOUSE OF LOVE

This is one of the very first sculptures I made as a gift for my husband. It is a sculpture of the first house we lived in together. I had a screw fitted to the back of the house with which it now hangs on the wall next to our front door. The house is 'open' at the bottom; this leaves a space where we sometimes leave each other little notes: they are great to come home to!

BRONZE SCULPTURE FOR COMPANY ANNIVERSARY

BRONZE SCULPTURES OF CHILDREN

These bronze sculptures were custom made as gifts. The top one is of three sisters who are now much older. They each live in different countries, which the hats represent. One hat is an English bowler hat, the other a Chinese rice-hat and the third a Swedish vikinghat.

The little girl by the pool was made as a thank you gift to the grandparents for a great summer holiday.
