One of our favourite desserts for dinner parties. Crumbled Bastogne or country cookies mixed with melted (unsalted) butter, covered with vanilla ice-cream. Put in the freezer and add the raspberries before serving. It looks pretty and is very easy to make & delicious! Because it is easy to make in advance, just add the raspberries last-minute, you can stay at the dinner table instead of being in teh kitchen when you have guests. Check out the beautiful setting under the pergola in which we had the dessert with friends in the south of France, with candle lights hanging above the table.

An easy DIY project: spray paint your chandelier (including the crystals). It might just turn that old chandelier in to your favourite light! Also fun to put large light bulbs in the chandelier for a more modern look as is done with the red chandelier.

Super easy to make: Stuff ready-made chocolate mouse into containers which you first cover with cling-film. Put the containers in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Melt white chocolate au-bain-marie or in the microwave, spread out evenly (2mm) on a baking sheet and wait for it to dry. Take the containers out of the freezer and shortly hold them in hot water, so the chocolate mouse releases easily. Add some cacao powder and break some pieces of the white chocolate. Looks as if you have been in the kitchen for hours.

Put a heart (star, rabbit, carrot) sticker on the eggs before you colour them.
Pull them off when they are dry for this pretty result.
Fun ideas for decorating your easter eggs.
